Splash Rider — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Splash Rider (package chat.dialex.splash, “the Game”), published by Dialex Lab (developer: Beatriz Guadalupe Gamarra, “we”, “us”), handles information.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal information. The Game does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress (coins, best score, unlocked heroes and scooters, upgrades, missions, language and sound settings) is saved only locally on your device. It never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
3. Advertising, analytics and third parties
The current version of the Game contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs, and it does not transfer data to third parties. If this changes in a future update (for example, optional rewarded video ads), we will update this policy before that version is released and describe exactly what is collected and why.
4. Permissions
The Game may use device vibration for feedback. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or storage.
5. Children
The Game is suitable for a general audience, including children. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
6. Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can remove all locally saved game data at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the Game.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at https://splash.dialex.chat/privacy/, with the effective date shown above.

4. Разрешения
Игра может использовать вибрацию для обратной связи. Доступ к камере, микрофону, геолокации, контактам и файлам не запрашивается.
5. Дети
Игра подходит для широкой аудитории, включая детей. Поскольку мы не собираем персональные данные, мы сознательно не собираем данные детей младше 13 лет (или иного минимального возраста в вашей стране).
6. Ваши права
Мы не храним о вас никаких персональных данных, поэтому на нашей стороне нечего запрашивать, исправлять или удалять. Все локальные данные можно удалить в любой момент, очистив данные приложения или удалив Игру.

Tu progreso (monedas, récord, héroes y patinetes desbloqueados, mejoras, misiones, idioma y sonido) se guarda solo de forma local en tu dispositivo, nunca sale de él y se elimina al desinstalar el Juego o borrar sus datos.
3. Publicidad, analítica y terceros
La versión actual no contiene publicidad, analítica ni SDK de seguimiento de terceros, y no transfiere datos a terceros. Si esto cambia (por ejemplo, anuncios recompensados opcionales), actualizaremos esta política antes de publicar esa versión.
4. Permisos
